鐵路大數(shù)據(jù)治理體系研究

摘要： 隨著鐵路的高速發(fā)展，鐵路行業(yè)積累了大量的結(jié)構(gòu)化和非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)并進入了大數(shù)據(jù)時代。在利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)全面提升鐵路企業(yè)核心競爭力及推動鐵路轉(zhuǎn)型升級的愿景下，如何開展鐵路大數(shù)據(jù)治理是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。介紹了鐵路大數(shù)據(jù)的基本現(xiàn)狀，闡述了數(shù)據(jù)治理的基本概念和研究現(xiàn)狀，提出了鐵路大數(shù)據(jù)治理的總體框架和迭代流程。明確了大數(shù)據(jù)治理工作不僅是技術(shù)上的治理工作，更是包含了人員組織、管理制度、數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)、應(yīng)用推動四位一體的均衡的信息化架構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。該研究對于鐵路大數(shù)據(jù)治理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計、落地實施等具有一定的借鑒意義。

Research on big data governance system of railway

Abstract： With the rapid development of railway, the railway industry has accumulated a large number of structured and unstructured data and entered the era of big data. Under the vision of using big data technology to comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of railway enterprises and promote railway transformation and upgrading, how to carry out railway big data governance is a top priority. This paper introduces the basic status of railway big data, expounds the basic concepts and research status of data governance, and puts forward the overall framework and iterative process of railway big data governance. It makes clear that big data governance is not only a technical governance work, but also a key part of a balanced information architecture that includes personnel organization, management system, data architecture and application promotion. It has certain reference significance for the planning, design and implementation of railway big data governance.

0 引言
在信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的今天，我國智能設(shè)備、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)有重要突破，數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)和整理能力也正逐步增加，數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)模、數(shù)據(jù)類型、數(shù)據(jù)維度有顯著提升，大數(shù)據(jù)的概念應(yīng)運而生。
大數(shù)據(jù)是一場革命，使人們的生活方式、工作模式、思維模式發(fā)生翻天覆地的改變。大數(shù)據(jù)成為國家云計算和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之后對ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)影響最大的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。通過大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的使用，能使組織結(jié)構(gòu)、國家治理模式、企業(yè)的決策架構(gòu)、商業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)策略以及個人的生活方式等產(chǎn)生深遠的影響[1]。大數(shù)據(jù)最重要的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域之一就是預(yù)測性分析。以大數(shù)據(jù)為中心分析數(shù)據(jù)特征，以此建立合適的模型，適當(dāng)在模型中增加數(shù)據(jù)，以此檢驗數(shù)據(jù)未來的變動趨勢。經(jīng)驗主義將逐漸減少，基于數(shù)據(jù)的預(yù)測將成為決策的主要依據(jù)。
