數據要素化背景下文化數字化的創新發展研究

摘要： 隨著數字技術的跨越式發展，數字化浪潮對文化傳承與傳播產生了深遠影響，與此同時，數據要素化已經逐漸成為推動經濟社會發展的核心驅動力。對文化數字化的發展現狀和面臨難題進行深入剖析，在此基礎上，分析數據要素化進程對文化數字化發展的影響，并對文化數據要素化的發展趨勢進行展望，以期為新時代優秀傳統文化的創新傳承提供思路，并為推動文化數字化建設提供參考。

Research on the innovative development of cultural digitalization under the background of data factorization

Abstract： With the leapfrog development of digital technology, the digitalization trend has a profound impact on the inheritance and dissemination of culture. At the same time, the process of data factorization has gradually become the core driving force for economic and social development. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and facing difficulties of cultural digitalization.On this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of the process of data factorization on the development of cultural digitalization, and looks forward to the development trend of cultural data factorization, with the aim of providing ideas for the innovative inheritance of excellent traditional culture in the new era. This paper provides valuable references for promoting the construction of cultural digitalization.

引言
數據被增列為新型生產要素，對經濟社會發展的推動作用日益增強。文化數字化是數字中國“五位一體”建設的重要組成部分，數據的要素屬性與新的文化傳承發展使命碰撞融合，呈現出文化創新的新特征和新局面。深化對數字浪潮下文化建設的規律性認識，剖析數據要素化背景下文化數字化的創新發展特征和趨勢，對于落實國家文化數字化戰略具有重要意義，對于推動我國傳統文化的傳承創新具有積極影響，同時也有助于加快數據要素市場的建設進程，進一步推動我國數字經濟的高質量發展。
